Systematic standards and verifiable procedures enforced across engineering, production, and quality assurance.

Due Diligence

Exercise reasonable due diligence over relevant minerals and materials within our supply chain, where applicable to our products and customer requirements.

Supplier Declarations

Request appropriate sourcing information and declarations from suppliers when required by customers, regulation or risk assessment.

Responsible 3TG Sourcing

Encourage suppliers to source tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold (3TG), and other designated minerals where applicable, from responsible and transparent sources.

Avoid Conflict Sources

Avoid knowingly purchasing materials from sources identified as contributing to armed conflict or serious human rights abuses.

Records & Traceability

Maintain relevant records and support customer requests for conflict-minerals information within the scope of available supply-chain data.

Supplier Corrective Action

Engage suppliers on corrective actions when sourcing concerns are identified and consider alternative sources when adequate corrective action is not achieved.
